Dear Student,
| Typically, I like to take you on a birds-eye view of the markets on Mondays to show you exactly what I’m watching for the week ahead (and longer term).
But today, we’re going to focus on a corner of the market that hasn’t been getting the attention it deserves: crypto. Now I get it—there’s a LOT of news to keep up with these days:
But outside the 24-7 headline cycle, something big is happening… a quiet rally that I’ve been saying could lead to Bitcoin $200k by the end of the year (learn how to trade it here). Bitcoin broke $108,500 on Sunday, holding steady around $107,000 for the rest of the day. And if the price action and liquidity levels are any indication, we could be looking at a shot toward new all-time highs. Even more telling? The Bitcoin-to-gold ratio is surging (up over 10%), which signals a shift away from traditional “safe haven” assets and back into high-growth, high-return territory. That’s the kind of rotation that can pour fuel on the fire for crypto bulls. But it’s not just technicals lining up… Institutional money is stepping back in big time. Strategy Incorporated (MSTR) just grabbed another 4,900 BTC (half a billion dollars’ worth). That’s not a trade. That’s conviction. That’s someone who knows exactly what they’re doing and is betting big on where this is all headed. We’re also seeing renewed inflows into spot Bitcoin ETFs, which had cooled off a bit recently. Three months of back-to-back gains, plus increasing volume and open interest, tell me the big money crowd is reloading. Now, it didn’t get much airtime due to the conflict in the Middle East, but make no mistake… This is a MAJOR milestone. For the first time, we’ve got real legislative clarity around stablecoins—how they’re backed, regulated, and integrated into the broader financial system. And that’s a game changer for the entire crypto space. Why? Because it clears the path for broader institutional adoption, streamlines how crypto gets used in everyday transactions, and brings us one step closer to real integration between crypto and traditional banking. It’s also the clearest sign yet that Washington is finally starting to play ball with blockchain innovation—instead of playing defense. On top of that… Bitcoin’s spot ETFs pulled in $1.7 billion in June alone, pushing prices within striking distance of new all-time highs. That’s a massive vote of confidence from institutional investors—and a signal that the next big leg higher may already be underway. Right now, crypto is showing us something the rest of the market isn’t: real momentum under the surface. And over the next few weeks, we’re going to talk about everything you need to know to claim your share of the profits. |
